The Ad World Series makes all room reservations. Guests will be able to keep the same room for the duration of their stay.

Guests will also be able to extend their stay at the Peppermill Resort prior and following the tournment.

Sunday, September 22

LODGING: All players stay at the Peppermill Reno Resort & Casino. ASWS makes all room reservations (at group discounted room rates), with rooming lists due by August 23.

Noon – Captain’s Meeting at the resort

1:30 PM – New Player Orientation

3-5 PM – Player Registration / Pick-up Your Swag Bags and Gifts

3-6 PM – Poolside Beer Garden

7-10:30 PM – Opening Dinner Party & Team Jersey Parade

Monday, September 23

  • Competition begins at the 6-diamond Golden Eagle Regional Sports Complex in Sparks

  • All co-ed teams play 4 games

  • Dinner Party w/ Fully Hosted Bar - Mystery Venue includes transportation

Tuesday, September 24

  • All co-ed teams play 4 more games

  • One-Pitch “Draft” Competition (3-Games)

  • Player’s Free Night

 Wednesday, September 25

  • Division Championship Day (4 more games)

  • Division Championship Playoff Games (if necessary)

  • Poolside Beer Garden

  • Jersey Trading

  • Awards Banquet (8 pm). Includes fully hosted bar (spirits+wine+beer+soft drinks)

  • Video Presentations (on and off-field recap of the previous 3 days)

Thursday, September 26

Departure or Extended Stays offered at discounted group rates.

Discounted group rates also apply for guests arriving 1-3 days early.
