Sunday, September 21

  • Hyatt Regency Irvine check-in (Note: About 50% of players will arrive either September 19 or 20)

  • Captain’s Meeting

  • New Player Orientation

  • Player & Guest Registration (3-5pm)

  • Afternoon Beer Garden poolside

  • Opening Dinner Party and Dancing

  • One-Pitch “Draft” Teams Reveal for September 23 competition

  • Team Jersey Parade Competition

  • Additional team and individual competitions

Monday, September 22

  • Every co-ed team plays 4 games (8am-3pm)

  • Motorcoach transport to the “Mystery” Dinner Party venue

Tuesday, September 23

  • One-Pitch “Draft” Competition (Optional). 3 Games. (From 8-10:30am)

  • Every co-ed team plays 4 more games (10:30am - 6pm)

  • Player’s free night, and the hotel pool is open until 10pm

Wednesday, September 24

  • Every co-ed team plays 4 more games (8am-4:00pm)

  • Division championship games (if necessary)

  • Afternoon Beer Garden at the resort

  • Jersey Trading

  • Awards banquet including multiple video presentations at the Hyatt Regency Irvine

Thursday, September 25

Departure

Extra Day Stays:

Players may extend their stay at our host hotel (both prior to and/or post tournament). Guests will qualify for discounted group room rates and will be able to keep the same room for the entire stay.
